I am excited to come to London once again, for the first time to BVE, the most important British broadcast and filmmaking technology show. I will be talking for G-Technology, who I am an ambassador for (G-Team member).

The content of my talks:

Data and backup workflow during multi-day documentary shoots abroad. I will talk about to deal with the challenging task of juggling with up to 1TB of data acquired within 2-3 days, and how to back it up safely on the road, sometimes in rough environments.

Nino Leitner with legendary cinematographer Rodney Charters on the shoot of "The Mosaic of Life", a portrait of incredible holocaust survivor Jack Brauns (to be completed in 2014)

To get the talks off the ground, I will be exclusively premiering my new showreel at the show. This is a biggie as it’s the first showreel I have had since 2007. Katharina Dietl has edited it and is putting final touches to the edit as we speak – and as usual, she did remarkable work. It’s a tour de force of all the beautiful stuff I have shot especially over the past 1.5 years or so.

Stop by at the G-Technology stand M06 (Hall N18) at BVE 2014 at Excel Centre London.

Dates and times of my talk:
Tuesday, Feb 25, 3pm
Wednesday, Feb 26, 11am

Backing up raw footage in a hotel room on G-Raid Thunderbolt and the brilliant G-Dock after a long shooting day.

I look forward to seeing a lot of you there!!
